We started out investing in real estate to help us grow and enhance our retirement funds.

The majority of Canadians will retire with less than $50k in their bank account. This is hardly enough to sustain you through your golden years.

As we started down this road we realized that not only could we be helping provide safe and affordable housing to our tenants but we could also help others grow their retirement funds through Short Term loans or Co-Venture Partnerships.

About Us

Neil and I (brothers) joined forces to grow our retirement funds. I came from the corporate world while Neil came from an entrepreneurial background building Dominos Pizza stores in Ontario.

Although I achieved great success in my corporate roles, my investment knowledge was limited to savings in my registered funds. I always had an interest in real estate, particularly flipping homes as I had a general contracting business helping cottage owners with renovations in my college years.

I am now COO/partner of RPI Education where we teach people around the world to take control of their money and grow and protect their investments. At the center of this is real estate.

Neil continues to build out Dominos Pizza stores across Ontario. While in between stores he uses his expertise and team to renovate our properties to provide high quality product for our tenants

Partner with us

Are you looking to grow your wealth or retirement funds? If so, we are always looking for co-venture partners.

We have 2 models.

1. 50/50 partners in a project (you’re the money partner and we’re the sweat equity partner). Whether it’s a flip or a buy, rent, hold we will split all profits with you.

2. private financing. You loan us the money and we put it to work. These are typically shorter term loans with higher returns than you would typically see at the bank or in your mutual funds.
